Wissam Chouceir
Market Analyst
As a Market Analyst at Meyers Builder Advisors, Mr. Chouceir performs research and analysis related to various projects and assignments Meyers performs for its clients. He works alongside the consulting group and asset management group to assist in providing Meyers’ clients with a tool for making informed investment decisions. Since starting with Meyers, he has worked on a variety of different items including market and financial feasibility studies, supply and demand analyses, land acquisition due diligence and absorption analyses, demographic and economic studies, consumer research and case study evaluations. In addition, he has worked on a number of special projects including a quarterly analysis of over fifteen markets across the United States and most recently, a capital markets survey that was the result of collaboration with PCBC and cooperation from commercial banks and equity funds that control over $1.5 billion.

Prior to joining the Meyers team, he was an integral part of a commercial real estate brokerage that focused on sourcing and negotiating the acquisition of multifamily properties across the United States. In just a few years, he was responsible for the successful acquisition of approximately $75 million worth of multifamily properties.

In 2005, Mr. Chouceir received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance from California State University, Fullerton (CSUF). He is currently in the process of earning his Master in Business Administration from CSUF where he is also an active member of the Center for the Study of Emerging Markets (CSEM). In his role with the CSEM, Mr. Chouceir performs research into viable investment opportunities with a focus on emerging markets throughout the world.
