During his career, Mr. Hudson has had the opportunity to work in a number of different cities both as a City Planner and professional consultant on large-scale public policy plans and environmental programs. Two of these General Plans (Hemet and Pico Rivera) were recognized by the American Planning Association, and received Oustanding Planning Awards in the Comprehensive Planning and Planning Implementation categories. As Director of the Asset Management Group, Mr. Hudson brings with him more than twenty years of experience in the planning, entitlement and development of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects throughout California, Arizona and Colorado. His past projects have included a variety of development types ranging from 10-acre urban infill sites to 3,000-acre master planned development projects. Mr. Hudson’s unique resume includes roles in all sides of the development process. Having written numerous public policy and city planning documents during his career, he has developed the ability to quickly turn a detailed assessment of city policies and procedures into a specific entitlement strategy that efficiently pairs each project with the corresponding municipality.
