John A. Fioramonti, Senior Managing Director for the Phoenix, Arizona Meyers Builder Advisor's office, brings 25+ years of Arizona real estate acquisition, development, and marketing experience to his consulting engagements throughout the state. Mr. Fioramonti has consulted with developers, builders, brokers, investors, and lenders in analyzing and evaluating residential, multi-family, and commercial development opportunities. He also has direct experience in the development and construction arenas, having operated his own development company for approximately seven years.

Mr. Fioramonti has experience preparing a broad spectrum of consulting reports including market feasibility studies, highest and best use analyses, pricing and absorption studies, environmental due diligence reports, and economic impact analyses for a wide range of construction and real estate professionals involving residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties and master-planned communities.

Mr. Fioramonti, who is also a licensed real estate agent in the State of Arizona, manages consulting engagements throughout the Southwestern region.
