This commitment to accuracy allows her to frankly assess the market, economy, and consumer trends to identify the smartest ways to develop housing for each individual customer. An accomplished real estate analyst and marketer, Adrienne’s expertise has contributed to strategic growth opportunities for many of her clients. She found real estate consulting to be a natural extension of her research and analytic skills and enjoys working in such a dynamic industry. Adrienne began her career in the late 1990s as an analyst with Hanley Wood Market Intelligence (formerly The Meyers Group’s Real Estate Consulting Services). Over her stint with the company, she was promoted within the Consulting Group to a Senior Manager position prior to forming Builder Advisors along with Michelle Wolkoys. Adrienne is a member of the Urban Land Institute and a candidate for the prestigious Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) designation. She has an MBA with a concentration in marketing from the Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of California, San Diego. |
